Wendy started her career as a registered nurse on staff at Glendale Adventist Medical center and rose rapidly, ultimately assuming the role of Director of Surgery. She received her MBA from Pepperdine University. Wendy leverages her 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry to help form successful strategies for managing companies.
Wendy is responsible for business strategy, development, technologies, and finance. She is also instrumental in developing new processes and capabilities at the leading edge of our business space.
Managing Director
Naz heads the finance operations at Allzone and is responsible for leading Allzone’s statutory compliance, global accounting, financial reporting, balance sheet management, audits, and tax strategies. Naz has a decade of experience in finance, regulatory compliance, and international reporting.
Successfully setting up and operating several small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) in the last 20 years has given Naz the entrepreneurial and executive management experience to help Allzone operate at peak efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Naz has also been instrumental in leading Allzone’s infrastructure initiatives.
Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan believes strongly in the culture of Allzone: providing the highest quality, faster TAT, developing innovative technology and empowering employees to their full potential. He believes in the saying “The way you treat your employees is the way they will treat your customers”. As a co-founder he has been with Allzone since its inception in 2005 and has helped build the organization thru Business Development, Sales & Marketing before taking over the position of CEO in 2019. Jonathan now leads Allzone through its focused development in expanding its service offerings to customers while building a strong brand presence. His vast experience of 20+ years in Healthcare has helped several customers profit thru the Onshore & Offshore business model.
Chief Operations Officer
Lionel heads operations at Allzone, and is responsible for guiding projects from initial application transition through final handoff. He has over 15 years of experience in project management, back-office operations, and delivery team training.
A highly skilled active listener and certified Six Sigma Professional, Lionel applies his unique creative and analytical perspective to the development of optimal business solutions for our clients. His strength lies in delivering high-quality services at the lowest cost with the most efficient possible utilization of resources. His expertise extends to quality assurance and client relationship management.
Vice President
Sales & Marketing
Satish heads sales and client service at Allzone and is responsible for handling client onboarding & branding business across the United States. He has over 20 years of experience in US healthcare BPO.
He has helped the business through revenue cycle operations with client management, transition, and service delivery before taking over the sales and marketing department in 2019. Satish is focused on bringing value to the organisation and is keen on updating himself on industry happenings. Digital marketing is another area of his interest, as he organises and leads the team in delivering innovative strategies for Allzone in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Vice President – Operations
Suresh has chosen medical billing as his career since 2002. With his 20 years of experience in the revenue cycle management process, he is an expert in transitioning small and large volumes of clients in various time zones across the United States.
As a subject matter expert, he holds Six Sigma and ICD-10 certifications from AHIMA, which help Allzone create strong relationships with clients and keep them satisfied in terms of quality, quantity, and turnaround time. Suresh is an exceptional trainer who has created several managers for the organisation.
Associate Vice President – IT
Prakash heads IT & Networking at Allzone since 2005. He is responsible for overall network operations, data security and plays various roles in Strategy, Solutions, Technology and Industry Transformation.
With 17 years in Allzone, he managed technologies such as cloud computing, data centres, workplace services, networks, and telecommunications. He is certified in the DCN, CCNA, MCP-2003, MCITP, HIT, and RHCSA and holds experience in multiple domains across various industries.
Associate Vice President
Administration
Eathish, with 20 years of experience in logistics, shipping, and administration, supports Allzone in creating new office locations and executing the facility development over the years in a cost-effective manner. With his extensive knowledge and experience, he set up STPI registration, maintaining its MPR, QPR, APR, and SOFTEX.
His passion, dedication, and core competence in bringing new ideas and developments have handled administration effectively at Allzone.
